The ability to force staff to have to leave a file note before exiting a lead. We have had this in place on another CRM for years and it has been invaluable
Nice idea, Jamie. It won't help the customer service aspect but on our Concierge plan you do get access to a detailed audit report which would help on other levels (security, privacy etc.).
