Ability to delete a journey
If a journey is completed, but then the journey form is updated you can start a new journey to add these details, but the old journey still exists. Therefore have the ability to delete these. Should probably tie this ability to user permissions.
Allow IPV6 range for logging IP addresses.
The API lets you pass through an IP address which gets stored on a new lead under IP address. This doesn't support IPV6 at the moment. Can this please be changed.
Partner Portal - return statuses
In the partner portal, make the return statuses clearer by showing a brief description rather than just the colours
saving activity with full notes
I need to be able to save the whole activity of a case including all notes for compliance purposes. At the present time we can only export an Excel spreadsheet which doesn't show all the notes and isn't easy to follow. I'm a bit surprised there isn't a facility to do this especially as the system seems to be devised for financial services companies.
Ability to cancel a Journey task
If we set fields in a journey to 'Required', the journey task cant ever be completed without making up those required fields. (which isn't compliant) .. what if a customer didn't want to complete a 'Fact find journey' the task would stay around forever and ever and ever and ever ...... a user would want to cancel the task in this instance not be forced to make up the required fields so that they can complete a journey
Journeys - Ability to view FLG and Journey data on lead
A view which combines all FLG and Journeys data on the lead with flexibility for ordering fields.
Journeys - Allow for fields to be side by side
Early Release Feedback - Forms are not always practical in a solely vertical set up - having client and partner for example side by side makes for a more practical form, this also allows for a shorter form as not everything is in one big list.
Mobile friendly (or downloadable app)
Competitor apps have smartphone apps or mobile friendly websites. FLG would benefit by having the same!
Better email deliverability
Currently the Email deliverabiltiy via FLG can be quite viarable. I've checked all the Email deliverability best practices from FLG, but this still doesn't solve it. I think it's maily due to the fact that a masked email is used. What would be good, and osome ther CRMs do, is to allow a plugin for Gmail accounts to be used for the sending. It could allow the records to be synced via Gmail and FLG - that way the email will not be masked, and the email sending will be delivered better. FLG alread has a similar feature with the 'lead dropbox' so this could be leveraged with a plugin to provide a more integrated and automated experience. I can share some screenshots with idease if you like, but don't want to share competitor systems on this forum out of respect!
Click-to-call and call recordings integration with Aircall
We've identified Aircall (https://aircall.io/) as offering a great telephony product with opportunities for tight integration with FLG. It's perfect for companies who don't want a full dialler product and who are focused on outbound calling. We've just started work on the development track and would love to hear your views. We're initially looking at click-to-call and giving access to call recordings from the lead.
