Journey - Produce a user activity report
As part of our use of journeys, I'd like to be able to pull a report showing the user, what journey they started, when it was completed (if it was). That would really help our monitoring of the journey roll out and identify where users are encountering issues. Thank you Sophie
Charges being carried over when re-referring leads
Charges to be carried across when a lead has been referred > reversed > re-referred. Also mayeb a pop-up box/window advising of the steps (or a warning) when reversing a lead
FLG Insights - Group Fields
Certain fields are split by criteria - eg: Existing Customer Further Advance Hotkey Posted Proposal It would be great if these could be grouped together into one field. Thanks.
Out of office feature
Posted on behalf of a customer: When most people are out of the office they apply an out of office message to respond to e-mails. In FLG if a user has sent e-mails to some of their leads, when the client responds it goes on the task list of the person who is potentially on holiday – it relies on other agents checking at various points in the day. It would be good to have a function where an agent can mark themselves as out of the office and an out of hours message can be sent by reply to the client and the e-mail or even a task that e-mail received forwarded onto another user to deal with.
A small feature that'd be quite cool - I'm often checking on the web how to pronounce certain names, and it'd be very useful if you could check this via FLG, a service like this https://www.nameshouts.com/ has an API and seem to be reasonably easy to integrate with
Journeys - Conditional sections
The ability to have smart sections. IE you click yes it opens up other questions, you click no it moves onto the next section without opening up the extra question sets? User should also have ability to navigate between the different sections.
Improve way to move between pages when completing a journey
It would be good if we could give a tabbed view of the pages in a journey so users can flick between pages when completing a journey rather than being forced through each page in order.
