Add BCC to automated emails
It would be great if you can add bcc to emails with to add a pre defined email address . This will allow customers to get automatic reviews in Trustpilot.
Create more custom fields
We need way more custom fields. We have 50 but why cant that be 100? Creating extra fields in journeys doesn't help us
Clickable Link fileds
Add the function to click and open in a new tab of any additional fields if there is a link. Add a condition if link then <a> target blank please. It's painful to copy the link if any and paste it on a browser.

It would be good if we could integrate with the Jobs CRM once the lead converts to automatically create a customer and job.

Improve access to partner data
Currently it is impossible to get real time updates of partner information, including lead types and postcode areas a partner accepts. It would be great to either extend the API to include this information or perhaps add new triggers to the Zapier integration to allow this information to be accessed when a partner is either added or updated.
Address look up by postcode in a journey
Hi Guys, The new 'Address' Field type in Journeys is brilliant, but - as way of a small improvement which could have a massive benefit. Do you think it would be possible please to add the: Google Places Auto-Complete API to this field as a default, then this way any user would be able to call on the postcode and google database when entering new address data in to forms/journeys. We use it on our own webforms and it works perfectly. I think there is a very small cost if the use of the API is over 14,000 calls per month - but whether this could be set at a company level using our own Google API accounts would be interesting, but if so any costs could be footed by the flg user.
Out of office feature
Posted on behalf of a customer: When most people are out of the office they apply an out of office message to respond to e-mails. In FLG if a user has sent e-mails to some of their leads, when the client responds it goes on the task list of the person who is potentially on holiday – it relies on other agents checking at various points in the day. It would be good to have a function where an agent can mark themselves as out of the office and an out of hours message can be sent by reply to the client and the e-mail or even a task that e-mail received forwarded onto another user to deal with.
