Change Appointment booking style
When using the appointment booking via the API is there a way to add styling so the times are at the bottom of the date if the user opens on a mobile or smaller screen device. At the moment it is a wide view so does not serve well on Mobile Devices. We will be sending a booking link to customers via Text and many will be clicking and booking direct from their mobile devices
Making FLG Full screen
Fill the empty space on the right hand side - would be more beneficial on templates etc. so it doesn't have to go over multiple lines.
Add the option to disable completing tasks
Is it possible in the User settings to disable users from completing tasks? The reason being we have an issue with staff marking tasks as complete (sometimes by accident, I’m guilty myself) and the task being incomplete and forgotten about.
search Leads by status change date
on the search leads tab I would like to be able to filter by status change date
Add Last Contact Date to Search Screen
Is there a way Last Contact Date could be added to the search screen and allow this to be changed to the search order. At the moment users have to Export the user data or Activity Data and sort it in excel as a way of seeing which order contacts were last contacted. In email clients you can list all of your emails - Sent Items in date order, so this kind of feature Many Thanks Bill
Sometimes a notice is needed that the agent cannot miss e.g. client deceased. This can be held in an additional field but it's not obvious enough. Ideally it would show up front and centre when an agent entered a lead and be pinned at the top of the activity stream.

Reports showing a total number of calls/texts/emails per lead. So sales can see how many calls they have been made per lead.
Out of office feature
Posted on behalf of a customer: When most people are out of the office they apply an out of office message to respond to e-mails. In FLG if a user has sent e-mails to some of their leads, when the client responds it goes on the task list of the person who is potentially on holiday – it relies on other agents checking at various points in the day. It would be good to have a function where an agent can mark themselves as out of the office and an out of hours message can be sent by reply to the client and the e-mail or even a task that e-mail received forwarded onto another user to deal with.
Address look up by postcode in a journey
Hi Guys, The new 'Address' Field type in Journeys is brilliant, but - as way of a small improvement which could have a massive benefit. Do you think it would be possible please to add the: Google Places Auto-Complete API to this field as a default, then this way any user would be able to call on the postcode and google database when entering new address data in to forms/journeys. We use it on our own webforms and it works perfectly. I think there is a very small cost if the use of the API is over 14,000 calls per month - but whether this could be set at a company level using our own Google API accounts would be interesting, but if so any costs could be footed by the flg user.
