Have different actions trigger based on number of partners receiving leads
I was wondering if there is a way that I can trigger a workflow based on the sub lead that is selected? So if partner A and B accept lead type. workflow A is triggered. But if only partner A is accepted, then workflow B is triggered.
Add missing fields to the lead import CSV template
The CSV template found on the page for Tools > Import Leads is missing some columns. address3 lastnote DOB
Keep validation enabled when a lead import is started again
When importing leads there is the option to 'start again' - when this is clicked on the checkbox for lead validation is disabled. This can be easy to miss as it's enabled during the initial import but not the retry.
Have more filters that apply to partner deliveries
what would be a great feature to add in the lead types is the ability for a live date tracker. where is the “number” or “data” is more or less than a certain set number, you can choose if the lead is triggered. example - if “ policy start date “ is under [+14days] then partner A & B get it if “ policy start date “ is over [+14days] then only partner B. hope this makes sense as is something that you could forward on.
Copy over data in all fields rather than just the initial contact details section. Or provide the ability to map data from one field to another when copying leads
Create a report that can showcase linked leads
Add the ability to showcase linked leads in a report through insights - additionally being able to highlight or make a unique ID for leads that are either duplicated or linked
Add Documents VIA API
This is one function that would be so useful. We create a lot of MAilMerged PDF and Word Documents in separate applications and it would be so useful if we could add them straight to a customer record.
Unable to generate meaningful and reliable status change commission reports to base staff payments on
With the current status change report it is not reliable when being used to track a value such as a commission amount. This is due to duplicate status changes being counted as separate amounts towards the total value. There should be a way to exclude these duplicates, either as a report option or by having a filter to include only unique lead ID's. A workaround is available by using funnel reports and the 'lead value' or 'lead cost' default fields but it would be best to expand the capability to other reports like status changes and to accommodate additional fields.
