Status from the lead should ONLY show our statuses
Instead of showing 'Qualified' 'Appointment Booked' we only want to see our status from the lead (it's showing the conversion point with the status - 'validated', 'Qualifed') which aren't used for us

Journeys support for a list data type
Posted on behalf of a customer. A Journeys table can only support three columns or more, with the first column effectively showing the row headers. This works well for two applicants.g. Col 1: Salary (header), Col 2: Salary for applicant 1, Col 3: Salary for applicant 2. It doesn't work well if you have a list of row headers and just one response as you would have with a single applicant e.g. Col 1: Salary (header), Col 2: Salary for sole applicant. Either the current table data type should support this (two columns) or there should be a new data type which is more like a list.
Sometimes a notice is needed that the agent cannot miss e.g. client deceased. This can be held in an additional field but it's not obvious enough. Ideally it would show up front and centre when an agent entered a lead and be pinned at the top of the activity stream.
Journeys - Allow ALL Fields to be added to a table
In a Journey, we need to add standard FLG fields, Additional fields and Journey fields into a table.
Allow Database Access
It would be really good if we could access the data stored in FLG straight from the MySQL Database, you could pull more advanced reports straight away, and would ultimately allow cross platform functionality to almost everything through use of your own scripts. What would make this even better would be the ability to send not just SELECT commands, but also allow UPDATE & DELETE commands to customers that select this. It would solve a lot of suggestions on here because the more advanced users could just pull anything they needed from it without waiting for FLG to release such a feature.
More Precise De-Duplication
We like to handle our duplication on phone number, however we can't do this effectively as a customer can input the same phone number in various ways, i.e. 078xxxxxxxx, 4478xxxxxxxx, 44078xxxxxxxx,78xxxxxxxx. It would be good if FLG were smart enough to look at the last 10 digits of phone numbers instead of all of it.
