Hello,

We have a new feature to tell you about straight from the feedback boards.

Include Cc and Bcc email addresses on template emails

You can now include a pre-defined Cc or Bcc email address on all email templates you create. This makes it possible to copy in a 3rd party on automated and bulk emails.

For example, you may want to Bcc your unique Trustpilot email address in your customer confirmation emails following a sale, so that Trustpilot can automatically ask them for a review.

Head over to your templates and give it a go.
