Provide the ability to add labels to webhooks

Webhooks are widely used to pass lead data from one system to another. When multiple webhooks are used it gets confusing to remember the purpose of each webhook. Being able to add a label/name to a webhook would make making changes or reviewing setups quicker and simpler.
