It would be great to be able to set Tasks to FLG users which require an simple input from a defined selection/some logic from the user based on "offline" tasks that aren't easily captured by FLG.
ie. As part of a workflow:
"Confirm if paper forms have been received from the customer?"
YES, or NO.
or:
"Confirm Lead's Favourite Colour"
Red, Green, Blue.
Depending on the logical response given by the user, the lead can then be easily redirected to a different workflow, minimising user error and helping with systemisation.
