Users would like the functionality to add recurring events or appts to calendars but there isn't currently a way to do this.
Hi Karen, I think we want weekly and monthly, so that our advisers can more easily block out admin time, team meetings, p/t hours etc. We're still exploring moving fully from Events to Appointments and syncing other diaries with FLG360, but feel that having the functionality sitting on the platform would give better visibility on diaries.
Hi Eloise, Thanks for the suggestion. Is there any usual schedule that the appointments re-occur - E.g. Weekly or monthly? Would this be something you'd want set up on an appointment type or an option when you're creating an appointmnet? Thanks.
