If I need to reassign some tasks from one user to another, I need to assign all his tasks, not just a few.
For example: One agent has 100 tasks but he is not going to have time to do them all so I want to reassign just 30 of them to another user. I cannot do it (only if I move all the tasks), I need to go through them one by one and assign them to a different user...
It would be really helpful If we can filter how many tasks we need to reassign.
