Within workflows, allow for the delay of minutes and not just hours or days. This would allow for a lead to drop in and then say wait 10 minutes before an auto email goes out.
yes, this would be useful, also this would allow us to give the sales team some time (for example 5 minutes) to contact a new lead, before some kind of action is taken (e.g. alarm raised because no one has attended to it!)
This would be very very helpful. On occasions where you need to send someone two emails at the same time, this generally makes the email provider think both emails are spam and hides them from the Customer, having a minute or 5 minute gap would really help towards this problem.
