Record a note on a lead when an appointment has been made

@Mike Emery: Can't wait! That will save us doubling up on appointments and events as it is imperative we can see in that the action of an appointment has been taken. Thank you
Thought around this - Appointments - process wise, not sure of approach however to remove double entry maybe push event information into gmail calendar (or other) with tick box or something within set up. Love the development but keen to avoid double entry!! thanks
Thanks for your input, Chris. Can you clarify where you're concerned about duplicate entry? Is this the actual appointment in the external calendar where the system would send it and then someone would create manually? What would the tick box control?
